In my childhood I remember standing beside my Grannie as she made the Clootie Dumplings with the recipe that has been handed down through the generations. My Clootie Dumplings are renowned throughout the area and you can find them on the menu in the restaurant attached to world famous Inverewe Gardens which is just a few miles down the coast from where I am based. I also have as stall at the local summer markets held in Poolewe, and further afield at markets held on the East coast of the Highlands.

The Clooties can be made to order and mail order service is also available.
